Having graduated as a food technologist in 1972, Lou has had successful career in the Product Development and Quality Control segments of the baking industry. Prior to founding Sandel Foods Inc. in 1979, Lou was Operations Manager for William Robinson Ltd. Lou maintains a hands on approach to the business, and is committed to growing Sandel Foods Inc through Quality, Service and Customer Satisfaction.

Dave brings to Sandel Foods Inc 30 years experience in the bakery, foodservice and dairy ingredient supply business. Prior to joining Sandel Foods Inc. in 1995, Dave managed the B.C. operations for Bowes Company Ltd. a subsidiary of Weston Foods Ltd. He has a proven track record of working with and helping customers strengthen and grow their market position with custom formulated products.
- Sion Shyng - Quality Assurance Manager
Sion started with Sandel Foods Inc in 1997. He is a Food Science graduate from the University of B.C. with ten years of quality assurance experience in the manufacturing industry sectors. Sion works closely with both customers and production personnel to develop food safety (HACCAP) and quality programs, and is committed to attaining continuous improvement through his involvement with the Quality Council of BC
